1. Scope

This notice applies to the files marked with the SPDX identifier
"LicenseRef-Mycel-Brand", including the localLOOP logo, the site favicons and
the localLOOP concept illustrations, and to the names and marks "localLOOP"
and "LOOP" (together, the "Brand Assets"). The project's REUSE.toml
and the LICENSE file at the root of the repository list the files concerned.

2. No licence granted

No licence or other right in the Brand Assets is granted, whether expressly,
by implication, by estoppel or otherwise, except as stated in section 3. In
particular, the open-source and open-content licences that apply to other
parts of this project (such as MIT or CC-BY-SA-4.0) do not extend to the
Brand Assets, even where a Brand Asset is distributed together with, or
embedded in, material under those licences.

3. Permitted reference

You may use the names "localLOOP" and "LOOP" in a nominative or
descriptive way to refer truthfully to this project, its specification or its
software, for example to state that your work implements, uses, is
compatible with, or is derived from it. Such use must not suggest that the
copyright holders sponsor, endorse, certify or are affiliated with you or
your work.

Any other use of the Brand Assets, including using the logo, favicons or
concept illustrations, or using the names as the name or mark of another
product, service, organisation or domain, requires prior written permission
from the copyright holders.

4. Forks and redistribution

If you redistribute or modify this project, you must remove or replace the
Brand Assets unless you have permission to use them, and you must not present
your version as the official localLOOP or LOOP project. The rest of the
project remains available under its own licence terms.

5. Earlier distributions

This file does not limit rights already granted for copies distributed before
2026-10-14 under other terms.

The Brand Assets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
